The International Central Committee of the Lay Camillian Family has in recent days been visiting the Generalate House of the Order of the Ministers of the Sick in Piazza della Maddalena in Rome.
Rosabianca Carpene, the outgoing President of the world Lay Camillian Family; Amalia Pintado, the Vice-President (Spain); Elvira Scalise, the Secretary (Argentina); and Giosuè Sparacino, the Treasurer (Italy), are preparing for the General Assembly which will be held in May in Mottinello to elect the new committee.
They have been flanked in recent days by Fr. Paolo Guarise, the Vicar General of the Camillians and the International Spiritual assistant of the LCF.
Today, 3 September, the committee was welcomed in the Communications Office for the activities of the fourth centenary (photo).
On Thursday 5 September Elvira Scalise will take part in the morning Holy Mass in Santa Marta and will meet Pope Francis, bringing him the greetings of the whole of the LCF.
