Convention of Camillians Sociohealth Institutions’ (CSHI) Directors and Administrators

(16 Sept. SP Brazil) The Camillians Sociohealth Institutions’ (CSHI) Directors and Administrators gathered together in Sao Paolo Brazil for the second convention. A total of 137 guests and participants came around during the opening day of the convention. Participants were representing the 17 countries out of 37 countries in which the Camillians are having its sociohealth ministry.

The first convention took place in 2003 at Seiano, Naples IT in which the CSHI Charter was formulated. Sixteen years after, the Charter is being revisited and the comments and suggestions were collated for the final revised version of this Charter here at Sao Paolo. 

The Convention is graced by the presence of important guests: Mr. Francis Wiesner, Chairman of the Board for St. Camillus Life Plan Community Campus (USA), Dr. Jessica Petrillo, Senior Advisor for Health Security in the office of International Health and Biodefense at the U.S. Department State, Dr. Mirfin Mpundu, Head of Action on Antibiotic Resistance (ReAct) Africa, Msgr. Robert Vitillo, Secretary-General of the International Catholic Migration Commission.

This convention was a fruit of the collaboration between the General Consulta and the Camillian Province of Brazil.
