St. Camillus Province of India celebrated the diaconate ordinations of Absalin K., Sumit Barla, Rohit Danwar, Sumesh Kuruthukulangara, and Able Jose Kappukattil. Absalin, Sumit, and Rohit were ordained deacons by His Excellency, Rev. Lawrence Dorairaj, Bishop of the Dharmapuri Diocese, on May 24th at Snehagram Chapel in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. Sumesh and Able were ordained deacons by His Excellency, Rev. Alex Tharamangalam, Auxiliary Bishop of the Mananthavady Diocese, on June 2nd at St. Norbert’s Priory in Mananthavady. The ceremonies were attended by Fr. Bijoy Kuliraniyil, the Provincial Superior of the Indian Province, Camillian confreres, and the family members of the newly ordained.
